I’m Lexx, a Licensed Cosmetologist with more than 20 Years of experience working with diverse hair textures and styling needs.
After stepping away from behind the chair, I returned with the same love for the craft and an even greater focus on healthy hair, education, and creating an experience where clients feel heard and cared for.
My work extends beyond styling. I believe in helping you understand your hair, being honest about what it needs, and recommending services based on your goals not simply what’s trending. That commitment to education has also given me opportunities to share my expertise in professional conversations and panels centered around natural hair.

Relaxer Retouch — $100
New-growth relaxer maintenance for clients with an established relaxer routine.
Previously colored hair is not virgin hair, even when the color was applied months or years ago. Existing permanent color, lightener, box color, vivid color and other chemical history must be considered when planning a service. First-time color clients require appropriate patch/allergy testing and strand testing before color service. Platinum transformations are not currently offered.

Kid Styles prioritize healthy hair, comfortable tension and age-appropriate styling. Added hair is offered at Lexx's discretion based on the child's age, hair condition and requested style. Beads + Accessories: A selection of beads is available at the salon and may vary. Specific colors, styles or specialty beads are not guaranteed. If you have a particular look in mind, you're welcome to bring your own beads or accessories.

Loc services are currently offered for established, regularly maintained locs. Starter locs, loc extensions, major repairs and severely overgrown or matted locs are not currently serviced.

A deeper conditioning service for wigs needing additional moisture and care, followed by your desired thermal finish. -
Wig Restyle — $60+
For clean wigs needing a fresh straight, curled or waved finish without shampoo service. -
Wig Wardrobe Refresh — Custom Quote
Have multiple wigs that need some love? Bring two or more for customized cleansing, conditioning and/or styling based on the needs of each unit.
Wig services are currently available for human-hair wigs. Lace, frontal and closure installations are not offered.

What is a Content Model Appointment?
Content Model appointments are full Lexx Beauty Co services offered at a reduced rate in exchange for your participation in photo and video content. These appointments help me showcase my work, techniques, education and the full Lexx Beauty Co experience.

When are Content Model appointments available?
Content Model appointments are available Monday–Thursday with 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM start times only. Availability is limited and offered based on current content needs.

Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your remaining service balance. Your appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit and consultation have been completed.

Is a consultation still required?
Absolutely. Model pricing does not change my standard of care. You’ll complete the same consultation process so I can review your hair, desired style, hair history and any other information needed to properly prepare for your appointment.

What’s included?
Your Content Model appointment includes the same Healthy Hair Prep and personalized care associated with your selected service. Shampoo, conditioning, detangling and service preparation are included where applicable. For services with added hair, standard hair is included and cleansed before use to help reduce potential itching or reactions. Premium hair, specialty colors, additional length, smaller sizing or other upgrades may require an additional fee.

Will my appointment take longer?
Yes. Content Model appointments include additional time for filming, photography, different angles, process footage and finished-look content. Please plan for your appointment to take longer than the standard service time and avoid scheduling anything immediately afterward.

Do I have to be comfortable on camera?
Yes. By booking a Content Model appointment, you agree to participate in photo and video content during and after your service. Content may include your hair, portions of the service process, finished results and you wearing the completed style. Content may be used on the Lexx Beauty Co website, social media and other marketing materials.

Do I need to arrive camera-ready?
Come photo-ready and comfortable being filmed. You don ’t need a full glam beat 😂, but please arrive dressed and prepared for finished photos/video. Feel free to bring makeup or anything you’d like for touch-ups before final content is captured.

Can I combine model pricing with another special?
No. Content Model pricing cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or specials.

Can I choose any service at the model price?
Only services currently listed under Content Model Appointments are eligible. Styles may be added or removed as my content needs change.

What if I don’t want to be filmed anymore?
If you decide you no longer wish to participate in content creation, please let me know before your appointment. Your service may still be booked at the regular service rate, subject to availability.

Appointments begin as requests and are not officially reserved until your consultation has been reviewed and the required deposit has been received.
Your deposit is applied toward your service total. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
This protects your time AND mine while making sure we’re both prepared for your service.
Life happens! Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Your deposit is non-refundable, but with proper notice, it may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment. Any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit.
Late cancellations and missed appointments will forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit to book again.

A little grace goes a long way, but timing matters. Please arrive on time so your service receives the care and attention it deserves without affecting the next client.
If you’re running late, communicate with me as soon as possible. Depending on the delay, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
Your consultation helps me prepare appropriately, but sometimes hair needs a little more love than expected.
Excessive tangling, matting, buildup, additional length/density, changes to the requested style, or other circumstances requiring significant additional time may result in an added fee.
Whenever possible, additional charges will be discussed with you before I proceed.
If something feels too tight, uncomfortable, or simply isn't looking the way you expected, please tell me. You will never offend me by speaking up during your service.
I'd much rather make an adjustment while you're in my chair than have you leave uncomfortable or unhappy.
I know life doesn’t stop just because you have a hair appointment — especially for us moms. 💜
Due to the intimate size of the suite, one guest per client is welcome. For children receiving services, that guest should be one parent or guardian.
To keep the space comfortable and allow me to focus fully on your service, I’m unable to accommodate more than one guest.
To keep payments secure, organized, and transparent, all final service payments are made through your invoice.
Your invoice will reflect your selected service, deposit, remaining balance, and any approved additions or adjustments made during your appointment. You’ll always have the opportunity to review your updated total before payment.
For your deposit, you may pay securely through your invoice or via Cash App. Any Cash App deposit will be reflected on your invoice so your balance remains accurate.
Final balances are paid by invoice only.
Your comfort and satisfaction matter. If you have a concern with your service, please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment so I have the opportunity to address it.
Whenever possible, I’d much rather correct a concern than have you leave unhappy — communication is always welcome.
Concerns reported after 24 hours, normal wear, changes in preference, or issues resulting from aftercare or manipulation of the style may not qualify for a complimentary adjustment.
Appointments should be requested at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible to allow time for your consultation and service preparation.
Need something sooner? Just ask! When booking, select your desired service along with “Squeeze-In Appointment.” If my schedule allows, I’m happy to accommodate your request.
